    First, gunner's magic boost are fixed to the 2.7k cap?
    and is there a problem with 1st vote site? it's been 2 days since I cant vote there.

    Yeah the cap is 2,7k anything over it is just to counter the target's Magic Suppression.
    To check if voting sites are broken just click on another aion link, if it's the same thing it's the site's fault. Which so far has been 100% of the time.
