Assassin attack speed.

Sorry if this has been talked about b4 but i didnt see ok so my assassins atack speed says tis 1.5-6 so its 0.9 why is this and when i use flurry 1 boot attack rate 30% it drops it to 0.7.........?

o wow i feel dumb now that i noticed what im saying NVM THIS THREAD ! XD

 

Diminishing return, after a certain number the attack speed decrease is ALOT lower so for this instance I'm guessing after 1s diminishing return hits... That's my bet not good with numbers tho. XD

 

So if you use calc and put this formule in (0.9-0.7)/0.7 X100 And tell me isn't it arround 30%.
Just a easy calculation

 

Sorry not sure what you really mean, because the wording is kinda weird but anyway the attack speed cap is .6 well at least what the game shows you, some say it gets way lower I really can't confirm it.

 

I can confirm cap is 0.6 and wil not go lower even if you have passive buff what makes it 0.6 and active buff that should lower it so as mau form and flurry to gether.

 

No ignore the thread i was being retarded thinking backwards everything is working but my brain! i th ought if i used flurry it would go to 1.2 attack speed just a silly mistake sorry
