    brusthonin north middle by the lake, has 2 types of mobs that look like earth spirits, 1 of those types drops max crit and attack stones. if drops still drop from lowlvl mobs (they kept changing it, havent played for a while) then morheim if u fly south then jump into the canyon just west of the fly spot, the raider mobs drop it too (lvl 43 or so)
