    Okay in the 2nd screenshot you we're not in neutral zone o.o they can normally attack you with single target skills, If you're actually in neutral zones and they're hitting you with AoE Skills (Area Skills to be exact) thats Bug Abusing and punishable.

    Player Nireus jailed for 6 hours over the first picture. thanks for the report. Also make sure to have your combat log visible. I'm only issuing because you were losing health in the picture.
