    One question tho, and if you may confirm.

    Once an account and an IP is banned. those playing in the cafes who are using the IP cannot log in right.
    So, when the Internet cafe changes its IP., those accounts which were just happen to play in the same shop when the IP was banned can now log in and play w/ there accounts right... and that account that was banned due to an offense cannot and maynot log in his/her account even with the new IP.

    is that correct?
