Auction House Money and Items Gone - Sold After Server Patch​

Bug Description:

I sold a TRI: Ring of Cadry Guardian and PRI: Kzarka Longbow 2 hours after server update to v707 yesterday.

When server started after patch v707 I began AFK horse leveling and received mail stating my items had sold. I then "Collected Money" from the auction house in Calpheon. Several hours later I checked the game and noticed the server had shut down again. So I closed out the game and did not log back in for a few hours. When I finally logged back into game (after the server had restarted twice, I believe) I noticed the money received from the Auctions were not in my storage at Calpheon. I checked all characters, all storages in other towns and there was nothing. I also checked the auction house "my listings" and the items were gone as well. The end result was me losing around $2 Billion in silver/items.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Here are screenshots of the items showing that they had in fact sold. Those were my items...it's not everyday you see a TRI: Ring of Cadry Guardian listed for sale. There were also no PRI Kzarka Longbow's listed for sale that day either...just mine.
