Augment Level 2 bugged

everytime I try to use <Augment: Level 2> on my armor/weapon
it always say: "Only those at or under level 60 can use Augment: Level 2."
I also have the updated items.pak (w/c should remove the Augment level restriction).
Please fix this bug/ update the items.pak again

It's not bugged, the item itself cannot be used if you're higher than level 60, yet in an update it was changed, annnnnd changed back to the previous status with the latest update, we'll see what can be done about it
