back again and some question

Hi,

It has been a long time since my last access, i am looking forward to play actively again. I left at a time where we asmodian normally did dp run and farm at core. I left with gear +10/+15 anuhart/taha and would like to work my gear up again. So my questions are as follow:

1) Are dual client still allowed?
2) Can i accumulated vote reward and buy a vip?
3) What gears (>anuhart/taha) i can transfer without vip?
4) Any efficient route/method to gear up? e.g getting bashmundir gear? avoid crafting horn dragon/drenium? save most trade-win for the ultimate abg? or is abg the ultimate? what about ncc or tac?
5) Is stigma quest required ? Any quest chain need to be done for BT like in retail?
6) Lastly, any guide looking for lvl 55 cleric/mage/templar? my time zone gmt is +8.

Looking forward for some new friends and quality time.

4. can get stormwing gear or eat/egt for AP/medals
5. not on siel, is on lumiel, quest not necessary
6. dont need a guide, u can get parties at temple entrances to do boss hunts
