    helloo guys:d Can u pls tell me where can i get some balic weapon designs? I've looked at hidden shugo island and it tels me "This feature is not available yet" .I have expert weapon smithing and a lot of balaor hearts but still nothing.:((

    It should be in Primum fortress on the left side upper floor where you can find the general merchant, but the npcs are not getting spawned by the gms.

    So you have to wait a bit longer ^^;
