Ban appeal of supposed harrassment to CrystalAion staff

Hello,

Following a gm abuse report http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showth...63404-GM-abuse I had made...I came in conflict with Gm haahrus/Legato at first in public chat, but when I was warned from Ashtar about this thing will not be tolerated. I stoped all effords since I exhausted all means of protesting.

The next day I saw the same Gm roaming in Gelkmaros...I was on my way to a rarespawn boss called chieftai Ulagu...only to find out that he was killed...although I have no ss to verify this.

I tried to speak with this gamemaster who in our previous conflict commited PUBLIC Harassment against me with his normal account http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/9385/aion0093g.jpg

I ever seriously Harrassed him...I swear that the worst i told him IN PRIVATE MESSAGE not a public one as he...that he is ignorant of Aion mechanics and gming...He twisted that isolating words in ss to accuse me of harrassing staff. The matter went to Ashtar who baned my ingame accout for 7 days.

Considering the fact that I WAS provocted both by his looting ingame items with his gm account and by the clear public harassment which can be also witness by the entire server, I request to be judged lightly on this matter. If I said IN PRIVATE and in the flow of speech something I shouldn t have said.. I apologise and i can do that also in public if the above mentioned GM recognizes his mistake and apologise also for harassing...

I contibuted to server developement with the best of my abilities many times...I even donated a couple of times in the past....I m therefore a customer that at worst lost his patience...

I ve been playing Retail Ddo and wow for many years...
In every game server in the world this gm behavour would be met hard...but i do not wish that...Furthermore I promise not to cause any troubles in the future.

Please help me to clear my name...I love crystal aion and I do not wish to be forced in resignation.
