Ban Appeal (sorry if not allowed here)

Hello there GamezAion staff, i would like to ban appeal about the accusation of me using No-Animation hack. I'm kinda confused how it's been said/called hack. As a former old Gamez player jumpshotting/slideshotting is a known techniques by rangers/temps/glads even mages can jump slide to remove the animation. And the most confusing part is SAM Puddles already denied this report on the In-game reports section. I'm playing once a week because of the school class i have and was shocked after seeing that my account was banned on the site.

Edit: Already made a message on site on Ban system, i just want to hear how this happen. If possible i want to hear a words from SAM Puddles and Vildiil.
