Ban Appeal

Ban Reason: Speed Hacking

Good Afternoon,

I was just recently banned for speed hacking and I'd like to request a ban appeal as I believe it was an unjustified ban.

The following thread was posted by a Legion Mate of mine (Crak) who was reporting an SM (Saddler) for speed hacking. ( http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showth...313-speed-hack )

How the following post was made by another person who used the same video that Crak posted to report me for speed hacking. ( http/forum.gameznetwork.com/showth...319-speed-hack )

Now the following are the reasons why I'd like to appeal this ban.

The first thing I'd like to mention is that Crak was already onto this SM because we had ran into him several times and I already knew that Crak was recording to report him. There was no way that if I ever did, I'd take such stupid action as to "hack" while I was knowingly being recorded and ready to be posted on the forum.

Secondly, there was a slight jump by my character at the start of the video but nonetheless, my character kept the same speed all throughout the video and I was unable to catch up Saddler and the closest I got to him was 17m just enough to use my grapple skill and the only reason I got that close was simply because he zig-zagged and stopped to start fighting us. I'm unaware why this occurred but I can assure you it wasn't speed hacking.

I'm not sure why this was considered speed hacking. I wasn't going fast enough or faster than the SM or any slower than Crak and the assassin that's on the video next to me.

I'm sorry if it seems that I was somehow speed hacking but I know for a fact that I wasn't and I'm requesting a ban appeal in hopes that the ban can be lifted.

As you see he've already actived a speed scroll and you dont have actived it, anyways u're more faster than him.
