Ban Appeals

Hello Good Day... GM / HGM/Admin

I am about to play aion again and log in but something is wrong it said "You cannot access the game through this IP. (22)" so i check it in forum / site and after i check it in Ban system it said Banned for RMT.and i see the proof.. i don't even play aion since 2.9 patch because I'm too busy but i left my char in my friend.. i dont even know that he would shout for account trading....Im so sorry I realy want to play aion back if you would help me unbanned my acount or can i do anything so i can unbanned my account? I am hoping for your understanding.

I hope you understand that a locked ban means the appeal has been denied and can't be further appealed or reversed unless substantial proof can be presented to do so. In your case, your appeal was denied, your ban was locked, and I don't see a reason why we should be reviewing this again, seeing as you are PM'ing a GM in the picture, with a real money trade. Whether or not it was you who actually did that, it doesn't really matter since you are held responsible for the actions taken on your account, since it is your responsibility to oversee your account's security.

Another thing to have in mind and that has been specified in our guidelines, our ban appeal how-to guide, and other places, is that you can only appeal a ban in the ban appeal section of your ban. Your ban got locked, and that's the end of it. Further threads like these will be considered spam and respective infractions will follow.
