Ban or acc hack or what?

    I dont know what is my problem
    First I am sry for my bad eng , I will give my best
    So my problem
    If i join with my acc it say : U are allready join
    k no problem , I join again and it work.But after this screen where I muss accept or decline I always become this messeger
    "it could not connect with the game server" after I click OK , it close my game.
    And my friend's say they have see some my charakter was on,but it was not me.
    (I can still log on the web site)
    And I can Join and play with all my friends acc

    about ur problem, what i guess is just because you close the game suddenly so maybe ur char ingame hasnt logged out yet via server side... Try relog again and if the situation still hasnt changed, pls provide some SS for further investigate..C:

    Is your client version 2.5 ? This used to happen to me when I was already 2.5 and the server was still 2.1, so it may also work the other way around.
