    t    here u got guys, you just run it (it minimizes in the windows bar). press F7 to start/stop recording and it automatically records into your video files in my documents.

    This is the one I got, unregistered. Even though, it works properly indeed and lesser lag in-game than fraps though fraps got a better quality than Bandicam. I guess I'll get myself a registered one.
