Banned for the reason of dupper?

Good day! GM Zodake, you denied my ban appeal for the reason of dupper? what exactly it is? Can you please give me explanation for this? I didn't do any illegal transactions at the game. I played wise and fair for everybody.

If this happens because of the (WISE DRAGON BOW) i got to Agiluss. You know what i was surprised when i open may character Agiluss that he has a WISE DRAGON BOW. Maybe it's not my fault to have that, maybe it's server fault or bug for giving me that bow.

So, can you please give me more consideration?
