Battleground PVP

I like the concept of the battleground pvp but the other maps is useless now u cant even find a decent pvp in the other maps.
At first i do like the pvp inside the battleground but now its kinda boring -.-

I think they should open up this battleground ones a week or something like that so that other players can explore other maps for pvp and not staying in the sanctum -.-

Battlegrounds are pretty much automatic events.

When battlegrounds didn't exist, players used to complain to staff about how they don't host events regularly. Now we have battlegrounds which means you can join plenty of things whenever you want without the surveillance of a staff member and you complain about how the maps got boring.

Do you see where I'm going with this?

 

Just saying that what people used to do wasnt pvp. So I don't see anything wrong with the current system.

And like I said, anything we do will always include people complaining about some minor thing they found wrong.
It's just that people who complain about events and PvP now that we have BGs are WAY less than they were when we didn't have BGs.

And it will stay that way because of that.

 

I think having battlegrounds is the best thing that ever happened to this server. The only thing that annoys me is whenever someone gets dced or sentlog, the entire party has to scroll out of the map in order to get that one player back into the party. They really should give us the option to be able to party anyone outside of mix while having your party in mix.

 

The server doesn't have enough population so it's pretty hard to have battlegrounds AND maps filled with people. And that's why PvP in retail is a lot more balanced and fun while of course still having it's downsides.

Another problem is that people don't like to experiment, they just go with the flow instead. What's in nowadays? Battlegrounds? Then everyone's going to be doing battlegrounds. What was cool in 4.0? Zerging? That's why everyone was zerging.

You get the point.


And i can't comment on how bad/good battlegrounds are as i have never even tried them out.

That's up to every single player who plays in here, personally I don't go to Battlegroung PvP unless they're survival (for credits ofc).. and when there's no survival events, I'm always pvping in Gelk, when I got the time to.

 

And that helps with safe zone / zerging pvp in what way...oh right none.

 

Developers can add Tiamat box to Ingisson and gelkmaros. and people will PVP here

 

We have added custom teleporters in sanctum which lead directly to inggison and gelkmaros + we have enabled kising everywhere and you still want boxes to be spawned to move your ass ? how pathetic.

 

I don't like the solo bgs cuz i'm a mediocre player and do poorly in pvp, and i stopped joining the survival ones cuz of that weak xhs that hides till the last min and ganks you full buffed, I kinda miss zerging and using ppl as meat shields so i can cast my glorious and flashy spells

 

mix is very funny BUT not with ZERGERS for life in it! i suggest to remove the group thing in mixt and all will be OK! many ppls leave the mix BG after they are zerged few times by same group.

 

Then people will just do the same thing they do in FFA mark their friends and then enter and gang kill everyone else.
