BDO crash

well i contacted all staff that are in discord then i contacted noyah she helpd me trow discord and the problem came back, the problem is that i launch the game everything works fine getting to character selection selecting my character starting to load then the game crashing and launcher is poping up serched all over the form and there is no fix for that plss HELP ME!!!!!!

Log onto gamezbd.net and go to characters, then choose rescue for the character that may be stuck. Stuck characters sometimes happen after a crash or internet hiccup. If this does not help, send me a pm in discord and I will try to help, if possible.
