BDO Starting Game

Hi everyone, could use a little help. I downloaded the client and waited for everything to be 100% ready, typed in username and password and logged in. When I get to the Start page, every time I click start, a notice box appears and says "Unknown authorization error" what does this mean? Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks!

 

Solution 1: Restart your computer.
Solution 2: Download the .exe launcher version: Click to download

Solution 3: Navigate to 'My Documents' and create a copy of Black Desert folder. Rename that folder to 'GamezBDO'.
Solution 4: Download the following XC files and paste overwrite on bin64 folder: Click to download
