Beauty album shows nothing in all tabs

Hi, I just downloaded the client few days ago. I created a sesonal Sorceress, and I could see templates in beauty album, although I didn't use any. However, after today's server restart, I decided I didn't like Sorceress, so I deleted it and wanted to create a Guardian instead. I can still open beauty album (not Coherent UI issues), but all tabs are empty for all classes, and when I try to store my loadout it gives an error message. I tried to create multiple characters, but results were same.
I would like to know whether this is a known issue that beauty album gets reset on server reboot or a problem on my side, because I couldn't find any useful information on Google or the forum.

 

Have you tried to do a Force Check? I just tested Beauty Album here and it works...
