    I try accessing more details but the page just will not load for some reason.
    Once the page pops up I cannot interact with anything except the 'X' icon on the top right.

    Do you happen to have both the retail and GamezBD versions installed on the same drive?

    I do not know for sure, but at one point the Developers said, that it would be best to have the two different BDO clients, on two different drives. Might not be useful, but you may also try making a Forum search for other threads, that deal with this topic.

    Alternatively, you can just run through the "CheckList", Fixing most errors Which you can find a link for in my Signature (down below the this message).
