Beauty shop not keeping settings.

my account is premium, I have a VP, Iv’e reset game and computer,I wasted money buying a coupon for appearance change but beauty shop says I have no coupon. I had two right clicked one it vanished, the other just makes a paper shuffling sound.

My character is showing the default look like a punk rockers evil sister instead of what I want.

Iv’e asked in game, Iv’e asked in discord, Iv’e messaged admin on discord. Aaand Nothing!!

It was the Banha helmet forcing my hair shape.

 

hmmm this is a bit too late now since you already spent some money on trying to change appearance BUT the easiest way to deal with appearance change and looks in general is to use a "Value Pack" (https://bddatabase.net/us/item/17583/), it only costs 1500 Pearls for 30 days and gives Unlimited access to changing appearance and Unlimited use of the Merv's Palette used to dye all you gear.
The best investment is really to get a 90 days Value Pack immediately then you do not have to worry about that for a long time, it also adds 1000 weight limit as well (special for our server only), and one last thing that is most important; ALWAYS save your appearance changes as often as possible using that option when trying to change the appearance because if anything happens during the change (any connection error) and you will have to start ALL over again, if you save then it is saved on your computer and easily loaded from when you last saved

 

I had a vp, it was the helm from the Banha outfit that It isn’t seen that forced the Haitian into a different shape. Once I set it as invisible to get the hair to obey. It was only after I bought two appearance coupons because I tremble did I finally have a player ell me the solution.

 

Oh sorry, did not get the abbreviation of the Value Pack (vp), I actually thought is was something you could buy on the donating page as Very Important (VP)
