What I noticed once or twice is that, when I reported a post/thread before (I do not normally report a post/thread), it was never taken care of. If I can still remember that report I would love to show it but I have forgotten already. Also, I once reported a forumer that was violating signature rules before (he got 2 images on signature, pretty big) but within 2 weeks of seeing that forumer posting around here (he is not very active, though) he still got the images on his signature which apparently, he never got a warning or some sort. I reported it twice, then I gave up :p I was reporting all these using the Report Button which somehow gave me the idea that maybe it is not working or something :p
I have never been that pushy regarding my forum reports since I know there are times that GMs/Moderators just can't do everything. If they attend on my report then good, if not then it is still fine :p

About the Report threads that are not meant to be in some places, some accounts if I am not mistaken still got some problems about putting the Prefix (my account is still bug and I cannot put Prefix) which prevents them from making Report threads in the right section. But I have seen how some staffs try their best to move those threads on its right section + remind them where to make it or if they cannot make because of the missing Prefix, then send a PM instead to some staffs. We cannot really blame those forumers specially the new ones to fail sometimes on following the forum rules. Although, by not knowing the forum rules is not and will never be a reason to be excused :p
