    i believe you get Mastarius/Veille's weapon through quest but i'm not sure if it's working. one way to find out is kill Mastarius/Veille. good luck.

    it doesn't stack like manastone slots... should only be the biggest value for each attributes that gets carried up.

    unless its bugged.
