Best class / Worst class ?

In world pvp say mix fight the three best classes to be solo would be Spiritmater, Gladiator, and templar

SM is going to be best from 1 - 3 opponents in the area...anything more than that if they all start to target you (note this is strictly speaking full geared people) your gona die pretty fast unless you have sub...
Glad is even with sm or perhaps even better in solo pvp it comes down to the players skill..Glads are going to kill faster than sms for the most part especially going double arbiter spear and 3 shooting people left and right. And have overall nice survival more often than sm ..with Second wind and ud Being shorter cooldown than sub and etc. And then Templar is going to have the highest survival rate with less dps than Gladiator but only slightly,

And when you talk about group pvp who is going to get the most kills? be the most useful ? etc
First talking support wise your going to want a cleric for support and if you have a cleric the next logical choice would be a chanter, and then bard

If we are talking about Dps Glad should be your first choice...followed by Sm as a close second for the dps and support fears when things get messy.

Templars have limited usefulness mostly brought as a bodyguard and side dps class

Rangers are going to suck , Aethers are going to suck, Sorcs are not as bad as these but they can be difficult to support as they are a cloth class and dont have as much defense as bard or sm. vs melee.

Sins...always kinda meh people dont really like them..if they pop out of hide people tend to try and blow them up just like sms...if the sin is really good he can be a very valuable duo assistant to take out support classes or squishies...but thats about his only use.

 

FOR ME...

best class- ranger, gladiator, templar, spiritmaster, bard, cleric/chanter , sorcerer

worst class- gunner , aethertech , assasin ;p

 

Uhm...as an assassin, assassin is easily one of the best classes in the game lol, specially with the ability to heal and scroll up in hide now. You should give it a try

well.... depends on the players....

for me....solo:
best class: always be Spirit Master
worst class: ????

as for the group
best class: Gladiator those fcking AOE's that heals & Cleric
Worst class: ???? if played very well no one dies.... its victory....

im talking about skilled player (1,000,000,000+ experience):smile:

I think many people are misunderstanding the definition of good and bad. Yes, all classes have the ability to kill/survive if played well. However that is not the point, if they all already have that as a standard, then the way to differentiate is their utility/usefulness. This makes it some classes essentially more superior than others.

 

all classes are good, it all depends on how well you know your class and how skillful your rotations are.

worst == assassin/ranger
