    siel is more populated than lumiel
    ping wont be an issue on both of them since they are both on chicago
    bm quest resets every wed or sumtin :p

    Siel has a bigger population than Lumiel for sure, also I can't claculate your ping but it might be around -100-120/150ms you should try /ping command ingame. I think weekly quests reset on thursday or wednesday
