Um,which fortress are you talking about? *Upper one or the lower one?*

If its the upper one
Try using /pathfinding Dilbeek and go to the X
Received some reports that the vendor in there doesn't exist though

If its the lower one
Use /pathfinding Lisimakos and go to the X
I remember after you break the gate you gotta take a right,forgot about further directions >.> Was getting chased by those elite mobs

1 thing is getting them, but they would have to change a damn thing too u know waste of money. wasted 300 mill on normal/superior ones, couldnt even get mastarius to +2 with lvl 67 stones
