    Are you sure that you havent bought it for your char on Lumiel? (this would explain 2 histories as they're for different chars on different servers)

    I don't have any player called Benediction in Lumiel, and in the first history does not appear any server.

    Ur ss's from historics are not matching, the first one shows all the items that u bought and the second one just the item that u bought in december, which suppose to be the last item that u bought, doesn't show the other items, where it is? i think u are showing another server historic or idk.
    enter in ur char from siel again and take another picture to me (in the site).

    Now i see the problem, and it's impossible. The hat appears in the lumiel's history but when i bought the item, i have to select the server and the character. But i don't have any character named Benediction in Lumiels. So i don't know what happends here, but i don't buy the item in lumiel, i'm sure of that.
