Oh so its an in-game shop but u still use credits? no wonder the credit shop on website is unchanged. Ill try to log-in on my crystal later.

You need credits in order to buy anything from the shop. Don't need credits to window shop.

so conditioning is like +15 items for a surten period of time to give extra stats ?

You use different items (which are available in game atm - but don't work) to give your armor specific stat bonuses. These stat bonuses wear off over time (and can promptly be re-added via conditioning again).

That being said - it doesn't work atm. I'd buy those wings in a second if it did.

conditioning adds bonus stats, as seen on tac officer items.
they can be conditioned on the academy.
not sure if the npc works now.
