Can't help you without screenshots.. we need a screenshot to show you purchased it, screenshot to show it was once in your inventory and/or warehouse, and screenshot to show it is no longer there.

I have one question about that!

If the person do not know that he or she will lose the item, how they have one screen shot to post!? They probably have one screen shot of the purchase historic in the site, but can not show the item in the inventory, can just show that there is any item in the werehouse or inventory!

How to proced!?

Its hard to say, but with all these threads about missing items, you ALL should screenshot any new items that are of worth for safety purposes. I recommend it.

I'm asking that because we have new people in the game or in this server...so maybe they lost something and do not have anythig to proof that they had the item!

But thank you very much! This information can save a lot of energy, credits and money for our players! ^^

PS: I'm afraid for people that do not know how to proceed, taking screenshots to show to our GM's something that can help then to get back their itens!
