Black Desert crashing when opening the skills menu.

Recently my BDO has been crashing 100% of the time when I try to open the skills menu with my Sorc. I changed all my addons because I know they can crash the game in an attempt to solve the problem, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful, I also deleted my cache folder and it didn't work. I played with my DK and the skills menu worked without any problems, indicating that the problem is with my Sorc.
Maybe this may have happened after the last update... or not, in any case, if anyone knows the solution to fix the problem and can share it I would appreciate it, thank you.

 

Cause of the problem: When looking at old posts here on the forum with the same problem I discovered that using the Lahr Arncien eyepatch skin for Sorc in an artifact slot and at the same time using another artifact along with the eyepatch causes the game to crash.

Test 1: no eyepatch and no artifact, no crash.

Test 2: 2 artifacts, no crash.

Test 3: only the eyepatch and the second slot empty, no crash.

Test 4: 1 artifact and the eyepatch, crashed 100% of the time for me.

Here's a tip for anyone having the same problem.

 

Same thing happened to me and I figured it out after 20 + game crashes , and then I sow your post when I was about to post it like a bug .
