Black desert error account

Some reason i can login but when i trying to start the game it says Account does not exist or the password is incorrect ?
so what should i do? I hope you can tell me what is wrong so that i can get back into the game and if its already on error and solutions please tell me the number or just tell me on how to fix it please and thank you

 

Im having the same problem, Im coming back from not playing for a while and i forgot my password so i reset it and now i cant log into gamezbd website but i can log into the client but then i also get Account does not exist or the password is incorrect when i hit start and click start in the menu
