Black Desert won't start after clicking the start button

Hello Guys, this is my first post on this forum !
So, after I open my GamezBD launcher (works perfectly) and clicking on the "start" button, black desert won't start only the smartguard icon appears, loads and that's it, after a couple of seconds the launcher comes again. I have the right Version, for now the newest version is 3078 and i don't now what to do. I already put exceptions on the firewall for gamezbd and bdo itself.
Pls, can someone help me?

Have you also added exception on Windows Defender and any other antivirus you might have? Have you installed Visual C++? You can install it through Launcher under the Settings option.
