Black Energy Residue Drop

Dear Dev/Staff,

I notice after update new area drop rate a bit low example, before update Ancient Language Scroll drop around 80 - 100/ hour. but after update lest that 60.
That may cause of new item drop as tittle is high. If possible, make certain area to drop new item such as new area, not in all mob. This can be solution of drop rate for entire map back to before.

and 1 more thing, i usually promote service free drop filter by party them before i afk at server chat. If that consider im breaking the rule let me know.
