Black screen after NCSOFT word

Hey guys!
I am playing in my laptop rn..
when I start aion it says the word saying NCSOFT and then it gets lost and black screen! BOOM and wait! not yet! and later like 3 minutes I can here the main screen getting sounds like the part where u need to login? I can hear the bacground music but the thing is I cant see any its black screen but I can hear..
I tried using it in my computer it works like a charm
but I dont know about my laptop
PS I wanna play in my laptop too so that if I go somewhere I can play aion in my laptop

Check if your graphic card's drivers are updated, if not, download and update them.

 

muamon im using intel hd 3000 thats my graphics card

 

i think that s his problem latests nvidia drivers works bad on aion if u are ussing HQ engine. i also got black screen on caracter selection, anyway shadow try to run the game on compatibility mode. my guess is that u have the game from some1 who was ussing HQ engine and your pc can t handle this config.

 

Cocosul! It did not work.. what I meant is that when I launch the game remember there is a word NCSOFT and 3 seconds or 2 it gets lost and I can now hear sound from the background music of the main screen saying login in ur account and I can hear but not see

 

it would be best and easy to solve your problem with teamviewer. And to check whats wrong

 

search on google how u can reset graph settings without to open the game. pretty sure is graphic problem. i remember back in time i had this problem on others games when was activated bloom effect and my videocard couldn't handle it.

@shadowdemd try this delete your settings.cfg file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\Aion

 

You need to upgrade your Video Card bro Or maybe it's in your laptops' 3d Settings.

Since you said that it worked on your computer but in your laptop, it does not work. For sure the issue is in your laptop hardware or 3D Settings.

 

what he meant is that he's still stuck in NCSoft loading screen when his on log-in window phased.






the best way to fix that is to reinstall the client

 

since he said he can hear the game sound on login screen, is a graphic problem, most of sure the bloom effect on or vsync on.
