Black screen and then crashed after character select

I've tried reinstalling, rescue character, check files, and still crashed. This happen 2 days ago

 

Have u cleared cache? atleast for me that helps most of times

 

How do you actually delete cache? i tried deleting the one in documents/GamezBD and in the GamezBDO game folder and it still crashed without any error

Sometimes, if your connection lost any packet during loadings etc, the game will shut down.
It doesn't mean it's a bug or anything related to the game, it's probably your connection.
Lately I've noticed a lot of issues with routes, not only to GameZBD, so when it happens I try to use a VPN to see if the problem is related to my connection or not.
Have you guys tried to reset your modem or flush DNS? What about a VPN? Try to login with a VPN to check, if you connect with success, than it's probably your route.

 

I've tried all the methods you mention, including VPN and it still the same. This thing happens right after the 11th april server restart, before that i could play normally.

 

I'll check with @Kolka if we had any issues server side, which I don't know.
But if we had, there sure had it announced.

 

it wasnt my connection, i fixed mine and the person with the same problem as me psoted on telegram also fixed his i think. i force repair the files , it worked

 

Force Check or simply clearing cache should help, but some has stated that it didn't worked.
So try going to the following folders and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO

Now the game craches every 2 minutes, I try all solutions above and game still crash

 

We had some issues with login server today but it's now fixed.

My game gives the black screen error after selecting the character at the same time (21:00 GMT) and back the other day, I've done all the steps above, but nothing has solved (sorry if I misspell, I used google translator)
