    when ı opened the game black screen is coming pls help me ı tried the delete usercache file and cache file but ı couldnt find the cache file please help me how can ı fix the black screen

    What about your video card drivers? You didn't mention them, and that's the most important part when the problem you're experiencing is a black screen.
