Black Spirits rage attack doing 0 damage on Shai.

Level 66 shai, fully caphrad weapons and it still does 0 damage on weasels outide velia (or any other mob, anywhere).
Same problem on season toon, also Shai.

 

While the GamezBD Forum community always welcomes useful feedback, especially when it is bug reports, it is still important that they are presented as such.

There is a specific section, not that further down the forum page, Black Desert Help and then Black Desert Reports. In this Reports section you will have to provide some form of visible proof, where the most easily obtained proof, is usually the in-built windows video recorder: WinKey+G

Using the win-vid-recorder, you have the wonderful option of always being able to record the last 30secs. so even if you didn't have it actively recording, you can replay the last 30 secs. of gameplay.

So I will recommend that you create a video, of the error/problem/bug, then upload it to a website, there are several to choose from, and use the link provided from there, to show the development staff what is actually hapening in-game.
It helps if you can add any visual User-Interface additions, to show what you are doing, and which skills are being used
