    Black Strike System

The Black Strike System is a new policy that we've introduced on ALL our forum events. It will decrease the amount of people trying to submit plagiarized work and will also encourage users to follow rules & actually read them. Please note that the Black Strikes will only be added if the disqualification was due to a severe incident such as submitting plagiarized work or abusing the event.

    How does it work?
If a user has been disqualified from an event, they will automatically get a Black Strike on their account. Three Black Strikes will lead to the account being disqualified automatically from ALL future forum events. Therefore:

First Instance : User Disqualification -> Black Strike (1x total)
    Second Instance
: User Disqualification -> Black Strike (2x total)
    Third Instance
: User Disqualification -> Black Strike (3x total)

How can I track my black strikes?

If a black strike has been added to your account, you should be notified instantly. It should also appear on your "Warnings" log, under the name of "Black Strike". If you think that your case was unfair and the black strike shouldn't have been added, please contact any member of the moderator team.

Third Instance: Once you reach a third Black Strike, your permissions of posting in the events section will be completely revoked.

    Who is it managed by?

Three different levels operate under this policy:

The Event Host - has access to determine who is disqualified if the rules are broken. The Event Host will then submit a request of adding the point onto the user with a valid reason of course.
SMOD - Super Moderators have the power to add/remove points and review the reasons if anything unfair has happened. Can override previous decisions.
Co Admin - Powers to remove all/add any black strikes at any given time. Overrides any other decisions.
