"BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working"

    After att patch, my problem with Xigncode3 has been done.
    But there appear a new problem, when i start the game and after the BDO guard load, i
    get a message "BlackDesert64.exe Parou de funcionar" what means "BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working"     upload_2017-8-16_20-19-23.png

    I can't play the game for two weeks because of bugs and I still did not succeed with the help of anyone ..
