BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working

    "9. BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working
    Navigate to your Black Desert Online game client folder, right click on the folder and choose properties, select the 'General' tab and clear the 'Read-only' check box to remove the read-only attribute or select the check the box to set it. Click 'OK' to save your changes."
    I tried this, but the problem was not solved.I installed the files into the MENA server. How can we provide a solution?
