Blackstar Awakening Quest

I tried to look in the forums and searched quite a bit before posting this. But I am not finding an answer anywhere.

I finally got around to attempting to get BS Awakening Crimson Glaives for my Lahn and when i take the Remnant to Martha Kiyen I only get options for the various armor pieces the main weapon and the 2ndary weapon. I proceeded to get both of the weapon quests done (As I want them too and I had read that someone had stated you had to do those first (which I don't believe but figured why not I will try that). I also saw that maybe it or other BS quests wont trigger if you don't already have Spectre's Energy (which didn't make sense as I didn't have it before when I started the main weapon).

At any rate I am all out of thoughts on this. I simply can't seem to pick up the BS Awakening weapon quest. Is there a limit on how many Blackstar awakening weapons you can have per account. Is the Quest not there or simply bugged. Or am I being dense and not understanding where to go. Any help is greatly appreciated! :-D

 

I went ahead and just got the quest with an alt and used my only awakening weapon exchange coupon to transfer it. Interesting though as I know now (with the differences) I have never done this quest on any char. In looking I have at least 2 characters that don't have the awakening quest (namely the Lahn and my Ranger) even though they should have the knowledge they need. Still find it strange I don't get the quest, but in the end, I got what I need for now. I just hope if I decide to Awaken other characters, I don't have this issue. Or that it lets me do the awakening quest on my new season Sorceress (I did this on a previous Sorceress that will be removed when replacing with the current season character (Also a sorceress).
