    unable to use " weaken eye of desolation" for BS glove ( no options to select upon talking to the altar) , unable to turn in "Dragon Scale Fossil" and Rumbling Earth Shard" for infinite MP potion ( no turning in option to select upon talking to both node manager )

    BS Glove: it might be due to a simple configuration of enabling to show all Quest Types. Check if you turned every type on in Quest Log by pressing "O".
    MP Potion: you need a knowledge in order to exchange those items to make the potion. You have to talk to Merindora located at Grana and complete a small Quest to get this knowledge.

    i have turned on the " all" quest type, but it still doesn't show

    then u have quest started what block it, check if u have any quest with name Co-Op in staring - then need cancel it.
