[Blackstar Weapon] To the Altar of the Fallen... Quest Bug​

Bug Description:

Hi there,

On this part of the questline, there seems to be a bug where the 2nd crystal cannot be killed. At the same time, I could not use any potion while my character continually takes damage. After death, any of the respawn options do not work. I have tried restarting the PC and the same thing happens. I was able to reproduce this 3 times already.​
