    Just want to ask..Blinding Burst for elyos assassins is bugged rite now?bcuz i've tested it with my friend,and even click the skills,it cant be used..why?
    thought maybe cant use in duel,so we go hunting asmos,n still the same..cant use blinding burst..is that only our problem?or this happened to all elyos sins?since i saw asmos sins doesnt have problem used this skills..
