Bored of asking ingame

I guess no questions asked about this Chanter. No running scroll, and can outrun the Easy Marked title player chasing him together with the ranger and Hellmade's Templar. The thing here is that, Hellmade might not have a title that can give at least a percentage of speed but it doesn't excuse the Chanter for outrunning the whole group of Asmodians behind him. Running Scroll gives 30% and even if we say that the Chanter is using an Honorary Black Cloud title that gives 5% speed + Speed Mantra, it wont make him faster than the one with Easy Mark+Running Scroll or even Hellmade with Charge skill + Running Scroll.

I hope staffs consider this as a valid report since it's here in Hot Spam section, before that hacker deletes the character because you made too much noise about him, hacking.

P.S u forgot, doom lure effect. decrease running speed.

 

He wasn't using the speed mantra (Celerity) It's bugged anyways, doesn't give the full amount of speed.

He's only using Enhancement, victory, and the crit one. So it's obvious he's hacking, no Cerlity/Speed scroll.

Exactly. He should only have about... 7.7 speed (That is, if he even has a speed title) And you should have about 9.0, hence, he is hacking.

He has proof o.e The chanter in the vid has no Celerity Mantra, nor does he have a speed scroll. Whereas, Hell has a speed scroll + ABG boots on and Hell was still being outrun, as were all the others, including the Ranger.
