So whenever I try to check on boss timers I just get a blank UI, my friends have them working but I can't seem to get it to work for me and I've tried force checking the launcher but there's no error or anything

Are you on Windows 7 or Windows 10? Is the Black Spirit Adventure visible?

You might have to do a user-cache clean, meaning delete the username\documents\bdo-folder, and the one in the GamezBD-game-folder as well. Then run a file-check...hopefully this will solve the problem.

EDIT: ok so I've deleted The cache folder in documents and done the same in game folder as well and force checked, still the same problem :\

I don't know if this'll help figure the problem but whenever I open the game I always get "[19:02:38] Blocked loading of file 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64\sslsp106.dll'" don't know if this is related or not but could it be?

"For your file, most players have found that running "sfc /scannow" in a CMD prompt appeared to resolve it. Additionally, resetting your Network Adapter may also resolve this. To do this, you can type "netsh winsock reset" in a CMD prompt. After doing this, you should try restarting your PC." (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2084216-Anti-cheat-issue)

To do that you will have to "Run as Admin." the Command-Prompt, and type in:
    sfc /scannow

When it finishes you can then type in:
    netsh winsock reset

    End with a restart...hopefully it works :)
