Bot for forum?

I just took a quick look at the insanely staggering number repeated posts, especially when looking at the number of people actually logged into the forum at the moment (less than 50).

I just thought to myself that having someone go through that amount of posts would surely make it seem like a thankless job as an understatement, so would it be possible at all to have a bot deal with the ever growing number of people posting similar if not exactly the same kind of posts?

 

I'm not quite sure if such a thing can be implemented, at least not under the current circumstances. We recently came up with an idea that significantly reduced the amount of threads that contain the same questions and problems (repetitive messages), and this is the banner that we added to the support section of BDO. People use the thread on a daily basis, which means that it is useful and helps them solve the common errors and therefore don't need to create new threads with the same problems. I'm aware that not everyone notices the banner (although it's pretty big), or don't know that you can click on it and go straight to the page with the solutions, but the difference is huge and I can personally feel it.
