Bought the wrong race title

I was using the in game market and bought the wrong title. It is a elly only title. Anyway to get the credits back?

 

nyerk happens and the worst thing is that the SAM's can't do nyerk about it and the person who does, won't do it.

I evaded my second deployment and went on a voluntarily trip to Guantanamo for 6 months and after that I transferred to Puerto Rico's National Guard with the unit I cooped with, now I'm attending college the 21st and a future 2LT.

 

expect answers to be "it's your fault, we can't do anything about it" but honestly it's just a simple problem, i know it's your fault to make mistake but duh,,, we're only human who makes mistakes. if i was their staff i would say "no problem, what's your character name? i'll just change the title you bought from ely to asmo title." problem solved. more friendly and reliable staff and high integrity server. just my opinion.

 

I totally agree, if the staff would had some common sense and be nice to their costumers (yes they sell items for $$ this is business) they would have way more costumers than they do now.

 

thanks man.. yeah totall waist i really hope the can compinsate in some way... / But yeah man I just got out on mediacal with 70% disability going to pre med and TU..
