Break Power, Knockdown Chance, Random Damage

Anyways, I've noticed a few missing things on the server.

Break Power doesn't deal the correct listed damage on the skill, Only giving about 1000 damage, which is missing around 1300-1500 damage.

Knockdown chance occurs when you crit with two handed melee weapons such as great swords, spears, and staffs. Don't Know exact rates.

Random damage applies to Rangers and Templars. Rangers have the stunning shot chain while templars have Shining slash and punishment. These skills can either hit lower than usual or hit 3x as much ( In my experience ) Don't Know exact rates.
